Happy 25 years
So, it was my parent's anniversary a couple of days back. All of us went to Sula Vineyards at Nashik. It is a lovely place to be at.
Here are a couple of pictures from the place and also a greeting card that my sister and I made for them.

Super yummz chocolate brownies
This Saturday I decided to bake some chocolate brownies, since I hadn't baked in a while. I'm putting up this post late, because I was extremely lazy to write it down before.
This is how my brownies looked like. The recipe for it is given below.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 2 cups caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 cup melted chocolate
Method:
Pre-heat the oven to 200 degree Celsius.
Mix cocoa powder and baking soda together in a bowl.
Put the boiling water and melted butter in it and stir until the mixture thickens.
Put in caster sugar, eggs and vanilla essence, stir until it becomes smooth.
Now add flour (not all together, tablespoon at a time of the whole quantity, so that the batter becomes smooth).
Pour the mixture in a tin.
Bake till about 30 minutes.
Bake it! Let me know how it turns out to be :)

G Trips
When I was a kid, I really really used to love anything and everything that was outer space related. I used to read so many books about galaxies. I'd decided that this was what I wanted to do once i grew up-take an entire tour of the universe. Tsk, little did I know what one goes through just to tour the space.
A-dell
People usually say that Dell manufactures quality laptops. So, I purchased one. Well, ever since then, I've gone through nothing but mental distress.

That annoying time when...
This happens with me every single time I desperately want to get through to Vodafone Customer Care. Well, I suppose happens with everyone.
Anywhoo, I'm experimenting with different styles of illustrations. It's high time I purchase a Wacom. But it's not that bad either to work with the mouse. I've just been too lazy to get off my butt to go buy one. I must do this soon.

Karnivool
I should have done this long back, nevertheless.
I look like a silly monkey in all these pictures, but who cares. I MET KARNIVOOL!!

Ok, so I still cannot believe I saw them play live. It was probably once in a lifetime thing, unless I earn enough money to go to Australia to watch them.

I was really psyched throughout and then I forgot to click a picture with Steve Judd.
I have a tinnie minnie crush on Drew!
They are my favourite! <3

Dark Fantasy Cookie Cake
I have a badass sweet tooth and I love gobbling up all the sweetness the world has to offer. So, I decided to make some yumm cake. I call it 'The Dark Fantasy Cookie Cake'.
The stuff you'll need is listed below:
10-12 dark fantasy biscuits
2 3/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 eggs
The Process:
Pre-heat the oven to 200 degree Celsius.
Sift flour, baking soda and salt and put it aside.
Now take a large bowl, put butter in it and beat it with an electric mixer till the butter becomes soft.
Add vanilla essence and sugar, keep mixing it.
Add one egg at a time to the mixture and mix well.
Put the electric mixer aside and take mixture of flour, baking soda and salt.
Add it to the wet mixture little by little while mixing it with a spoon with soft hands.
If you want you can add 1/2 a cup of yogurt at this level. (won't make much of a difference)
After all the ingredients are mixed well, take the dark fantasy biscuits, crush them and mix them with the mixture.
Put the cake mixture in a tin.
Put the tin in the oven and let it bake for about an hour.
Voila! Yummz is ready!
